The structure of Children’s Charity Network consists of three levels: Board, Committee, Managing Director and the Support Team.
The Children’s Charity Network Board and its Managing Director decide on the different initiatives/projects they want to pursue. Once these decisions are made, a Committee is created to ensure the effective running of these projects.
The Managing Director is responsible for liaising with the different Committees, the Board, and for ensuring that all projects are meeting their goals. The Managing Director is assisted by the Support Team made-up of volunteers, professionals offering their services on a pro-bono basis, consultants and contractors.
